Addie has been in the Veterinary industry since 2004. While in high school, she did an apprenticeship at a veterinary practice in her hometown, Salisbury, North Carolina. She quickly found passion in this ever-growing field. She has worked in emergency, surgery, and general practice.
Prior to joining our team, Addie worked as a manager for a large veterinary hospital in the suburbs of Atlanta, GA for eight years and then spent a short time in Pensacola, FL managing a veterinary urgent care. The thing Addie most enjoys about her job is making our clients happy and seeing the staff learn and grow so that they can serve our community best. When she is not at work, she enjoys traveling, shopping, boating, and spending time with her family.
Meagan has been in the Veterinary Industry since 2001. Growing up on her family farm in SC, and her Aunt being a Veterinarian, Meagan quickly knew she would want to work with animals. In 2001 she started her career in the veterinary field at a GP. Meagan continued to grow, and expand her knowledge and eventually made the transition to work for an ER & Specialty Hospital. She has worked in many special areas but found a love for being an ICU nurse. She learned and experienced a lot, and got to work with some of the most critical cases. It was a wonderful part of her life. She loved being able to care for her ICU patients in a way that embodied a mother's love. While doing so, Meagan also found a love for training and being a mentor for others. She enjoys teaching others and helping them grow, and succeed. Meagan also loves being able to educate clients, and the community. The thing Meagan enjoys most about her job is making clients happy, educating them, teaching and guiding the staff, and seeing the patients get the best quality of care and medicine. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her fiance and their 4 dogs, family, and friends. She also loves taking her dog Tinkerbell who is a therapy dog to nursing homes, children's hospitals, and other places. It brings her so much joy to see others smile, and experiencing Tinkerbells love!
